ABOUT
Nicolette ter Rele is a program- /project manager and change manager for IT implementations and transition projects. She is specialized in the design and implementation of change - and training programs. As part of a pool of Rijksconsultants, she manages projects for goverment organizations, such as Ministry of Finance and now for the Cultural Heritage Agency of the Netherlands.
For 12 years Nicolette has worked for CGI as senior business consultant. She succesfully managed projects for the Government and the private sector in the areas of IT Asset Management, Business Intelligence, Cyber Security en Enterprise Content Management System implementations.
Before that she lived in the United States (Silicon Valley) for over 16 years and worked as a product manager and learning solutions expert for a variety of software companies as an employee and as independent consultant.

Changes within an organization aim to improve. The new governance of an organization, the implementation of a new software system, digital transformation: these are all projects that involve changes that have an impact on the way people do their work and collaborate.

In order to achieve the desired goal, it is important that projects and programs are carried out in a structured manner. That the people who are affected by the change have knowledge of the impact for themselves and their team. It is also desirable if the organization is able to handle the change skilfully and positively. Education and training offer good support.

​​Van origine ben ik kunsthistorica en opleidingsdeskundige en heb voor musea gewerkt in Nederland en de Verenigde Staten. In de VS ben ik mijn kennis rondom opleiden en trainen gaan inzetten voor de IT sector.
Maar mensen verbinden, inspireren en in gesprek laten gaan via de kunsten is altijd mijn passie gebleven. Dit krijgt nu vorm in drie verschillende initiatieven.

Kunst kan een krachtige motor zijn voor de ontwikkeling van mensen en organisaties. ​Wil je weten hoe? Bezoek dan onze proeverij 'De waarde van kunst voor organisaties' op vrijdag 13 juni of woensdag 25 juni 2025.

Deze proeverij biedt inzicht in hoe jij leiderschapskwaliteiten, de samenwerking binnen jouw team, visie ontwikkeling en het innoverend vermogen van jouw organisatie kan versterken. We gaan op reis door de kunstgeschiedenis en creatief aan de slag zodat je de waarde van kunst zelf kunt ervaren.

Inspidia Cultura
Inspidia Cultura organiseert lezingen, rondleidingen en reizen rondom beeldende kunst, architectuur, literatuur en filosofie voor iedereen met een passie voor kunst en cultuur. Het inspireren en de verbindende dialoog staan hierbij centraal. We ontmoeten elkaar in de huiskamers van deelnemers, erfgoedlocaties, kunstgaleries of ateliers.

Boek: de waarde van kunst
Al sinds de mensheid bestaat, is kunst van essentieel belang.
In het huidige politieke klimaat waarin sterk wordt bezuinigd op de uitgaven aan de culturele sector is het belangrijk om de waarde van kunst extra onder de aandacht te brengen en de baten die kunst biedt te benadrukken.
Ik ben een boek aan het schrijven dat handvatten geeft om de baten van kunst inzichtelijk en meetbaar te maken. Ook worden interventies benoemd waarmee de waarde van kunst nog verder verstevigd en uitgebreid kan worden.
